Budget Amendment. Pay down the Federal Debt until
the principal balance is zero and American taxpayers
no longer have to pay interest on the debt. |

totally rejects the concept that the Constitution
is a "living document," in which the meaning
can be interpreted and altered as society changes.
This concept is not only seductive, but totally
against the intentions of its Framers. |
